The UK's Court of Appeal ruled that former Deutsche Bank AG trader Christian Bittar's original conviction over fixing benchmark interest rates was unsafe, exonerating him on Friday. Bittar had pleaded guilty more than eight years ago and served a 23-month sentence, being released in February 2020.
