Lebanon's health authorities reported that an Israeli drone strike on Friday (October 9) in Lebanon's Hermel district, near the Syrian border, injured six people, including five Syrians and one Lebanese. Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported that the strike targeted a vehicle. The Israeli military claimed to have attacked a "Syrian terrorist acting under the guidance of the Iranian regime," accusing him of "planning and advancing attacks against Israeli forces in southern Syria."
