South Korea's space agency announced on Thursday that a constellation of five "National Security New Space Earth Observation Satellite Constellation" (NEONSAT) microsatellites successfully captured and transmitted their first images to ground stations within a day of being launched last week aboard South Korea's indigenously developed Nuri rocket. These microsatellites sent back images just 14 hours and 29 minutes after lifting off from the Naro Space Center in Goheung County.
