KeyBanc Capital Markets analyst John Vinh noted in his Asia research report that High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) prices are expected to increase by 80% to 100% quarter-over-quarter in Q1 2027, driven by AI data center demand. DRAM prices are projected to rise by 15% to 20% quarter-over-quarter in Q4 this year, while NAND prices are expected to increase by approximately 20%.
