U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee called on Israel to prosecute and imprison those responsible for assaulting Washington Post photojournalist Heidi Levine. Huckabee posted on X that the attack on a female photographer was a "despicable act of terror by masked cowards" and said the attackers should be sentenced to years in prison. Levine was attacked by Israeli settlers on Friday while covering the Palestinian olive harvest in the West Bank, suffering broken fingers, ribs, and multiple vertebrae, and having her passport, phone, wallet, and equipment stolen.
