Iran's top security official, Mohsen Rezaei, stated during a meeting with Pakistan's Army Chief of Staff, Asim Munir, in Tehran that Iran's enriched nuclear material will not leave the country under any circumstances, according to Iran's semi-official Fars news agency. Rezaei also said that negotiations with the United States would not begin unless Washington takes confidence-building measures, including meeting Iran's latest conditions.
