A new survey commissioned by Monday.com and conducted by Nielsen across seven countries reveals that more than 50% of managers are finding it more difficult to evaluate employees' work after adopting AI tools. This is largely because AI-polished output makes it challenging to distinguish human contribution. As a result, nearly half of managers now spend more time reviewing and guiding their teams. Despite these challenges, 94% of managers expressed excitement about using AI to improve work, though many worry about losing control over AI agents and being held responsible for their decisions.
