Forces of Yemen's internationally recognized government stated that Houthi rebels attacked Aden International Airport and the city's presidential palace with ballistic missiles. Aden is the interim seat of the Yemeni government. Government forces spokesperson Majed al-Nazili claimed on social media that the Houthis "continue to target the assets of the Yemeni people," but did not provide details on casualties, damage, or whether the missiles hit their intended targets. Witnesses told AFP that they saw ambulances entering the Aden presidential palace after hearing two explosions.
