Binance will progressively resume withdrawals between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC on November 1, having replenished 95% of affected assets.
Binance announced its plan to gradually resume Phase 1 withdrawal services for 15 networks, including BTC, ETH, BSC, and SOL, from 06:00 to 09:00 UTC on November 1. Other networks will be reopened after security checks are completed, while deposit services remain normal. Binance also stated that the replenishment ratio for affected assets has been increased from the previous 90% to approximately 95%. Currently, BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC are all backed by 100% reserves, with the remaining 5% being less liquid tokens that Binance is continuously acquiring. The exchange reiterated that it will bear all losses caused by the hack.
