According to Al Jazeera, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) stated that nearly 5,000 Palestinians have been displaced in Hebron, West Bank, in just over a week since October 23. The agency described the measures as collective punishment.

The report added that Hebron has been under siege by the Israeli military since October 23, with some residents ordered to leave their homes and some houses being used as military outposts.
