Upbit Halts Identity Verification Using Physical Resident ID Cards Due to Institutional Delays
Upbit announced that due to delays from the resident ID card authenticity verification agency, physical resident ID cards cannot be used for identity verification temporarily. During this period, users can use mobile ID cards (resident ID card, driver's license) or physical driver's licenses for customer identity verification.
