A Lebanese military court has issued arrest warrants for two Hezbollah members in connection with the seizure of 780 kilograms of explosives at the Dahr al-Baydar checkpoint. According to Al Jazeera, citing Lebanon's National News Agency, First Military Investigating Judge Ghada Abu Alwan interrogated the detained suspects, Ali al-Kurdi and Haitham Amhaz, in the presence of their lawyers, and issued the arrest warrants at the end of the hearing. The charges stem from a truck intercept last month at the Dahr al-Baydar checkpoint—which connects Beirut to the eastern Bekaa Valley—carrying 780 kilograms (1,720 pounds) of explosives, including 250 kilograms of TNT and 250 kilograms of C-4 plastic explosive.
