Information was received from the National Health Commission. To date, child-care benefits have been granted in 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) to more than 24 million people, and in 2025 the rate of child-care benefits was around 80 per cent. According to the organization of work, the child care allowance will be opened in 2026. The Information Management System for Childcare Allowance will be upgraded and tested from 1 to 4 January 2026 and the application will be fully open from 5 January. (In Russian)
