According to data from Data Treasure, as of the close on December 31, the total market capitalization of A-shares (including only the A-share portion) exceeded 108 trillion yuan, reaching a new historical high based on year-end calculations. Seven A-share stocks had a market capitalization exceeding 1 trillion yuan: Agricultural Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Kweichow Moutai, PetroChina, CATL, Bank of China, and Foxconn Industrial Internet. Agricultural Bank of China surpassed Industrial and Commercial Bank of China for the first time this year to claim the top spot in A-share market capitalization, with its current A-share market value reaching 2.45 trillion yuan.
