As at 31 December, the total market value of A shares (including only A shares) was over $10.8 trillion, which, at the end of the year, was at a new high. The market value of seven shares in A is more than RMB 1 trillion, namely, agricultural banks, commercial and industrial banks, Mao Tai, Guizhou, Chinese oil, the Ningde era, Chinese banks, and the United Industrialities. For the first time this year, the Agricultural Bank went beyond the Business Bank to win the title of the A share market, which now stands at $2.45 trillion. (Security Times)
