Two sectors, including State intellectual property: effective regulation of intentional infringement of intellectual property rights in the photovoltaic field, repeated infringement

The National Intellectual Property Agency, the Ministry of Industry and Communications issued observations to further strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights in the photovoltaic industry. It was suggested that the synergistic protection of intellectual property rights should be strengthened. Information-sharing mechanisms are in place, and the intellectual property authorities regularly copy information on administrative decisions to the competent authorities of industry and informatization, State-owned asset control, customs administration, etc., to effectively regulate intentional and repeated violations of intellectual property rights in the optical sphere. Industry and informatization authorities strictly implement the regulatory requirements of the photovoltaic industry and strengthen the dynamic management of the list of enterprises with regulatory conditions in the photovoltaic industry, based on a comprehensive review of the core patents of enterprises and administrative decisions on intellectual property rights violations. To strengthen customs protection of intellectual property rights and strictly implement the requirements of the Regulations of the People ' s Republic of China on Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights and prohibit by law the import and export of photovoltaic products that violate intellectual property rights.
