The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology published the software industry performance from January to November 2025. The data show that during the previous 11 months, our software business earned $13,97.7 billion, an increase of 13.3 per cent over the same period. The total profit of the software industry was $169.54 billion, an increase of 6.6 per cent over the same period. Software business exports of $56,890 million, an increase of 8.1 per cent over the same period, remained positive for nine months. In the first 11 months, IT services generated $961.4 billion, an increase of 14.6 per cent over the previous year, representing 68.8 per cent of the total industry income. Of this total, cloud computing and big data services generated an income of 146.5.8 billion yuan, representing an increase of 12.8 per cent over the same period, or 15.3 per cent of the information technology services income; integrated circuit design revenues of 40.28 billion yuan, or 16.5 per cent over the same period; and e-commerce platform technical services revenues of 122.4 billion yuan, or 12.5 per cent over the same period.
