Guangdao Delisting: The company's shares will be delisted on January 5, 2026
Guangdao announced that its shares entered the delisting settlement period on December 11, 2025. As of December 31, 2025, trading during the delisting settlement period had lasted for 15 trading days, and the delisting settlement period has concluded. The Company’s shares will be delisted and removed from the Beijing Stock Exchange on January 5, 2026. Following delisting, the shares will be transferred to the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) for trading in the “Two-Network Companies and Delisted Companies” segment, which was established and is managed by the NEEQ based on the former securities firms’ over-the-counter transfer system.
