Aero Engine Corporation announced that its subsidiary, China Aero Engine Southern Industrial Co., Ltd., plans to invest 931 million yuan to jointly establish a company with related parties—including the China Aero Engine Hunan Power Machinery Research Institute, China Aero Engine Asset Management Co., Ltd., Guizhou Guofa Aviation Engine Industry Development Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), and six non-affiliated entities, including Shanghai Chanchuang No. 1 Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), to jointly establish AECC General Aviation Power Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 3.5 billion, of which Southern Company will hold a 26.5938% stake.
