Deeply implement the special campaign to boost consumption and the three-year action plan to increase the income of urban and rural residents, and implement the paid staggered vacation system. Seize the consumption peak season of the "two festivals" (Spring Festival and National Day), organize events such as the "Time-Honored Brands Carnival," " "Guizhou Cuisine: Fall in Love with Guizhou Dishes," and the "Online New Year Shopping Festival," while coordinating the distribution of consumption vouchers for shopping malls, supermarkets, and New Year’s goods. Leveraging nighttime consumption hubs, food streets, and tourist attractions, organize distinctive consumption-boosting events such as New Year’s Eve galas, New Year markets, and lantern festivals.
