Citi released a research report stating that JD Logistics (02618.HK) is set to announce its fourth-quarter 2025 results in early March. The firm currently forecasts that the company’s quarterly revenue will grow 21.6% year-over-year to RMB 63.4 billion, exceeding market expectations of RMB 60.8 billion, driven primarily by growth in its integrated supply chain business and revenue from other clients. However, considering intensifying market competition, increased group investments, and certain unexpected losses, Citigroup forecasts that JD Logistics’ gross margin for the fourth quarter of last year will remain largely flat year-over-year at approximately 9.5%, with adjusted profit expected to reach RMB 2.27 billion, below the market consensus of RMB 2.9 billion. Nevertheless, the bank believes that following investments in 2025, JD Logistics’ integrated supply chain business growth is expected to continue, with profit margins likely resuming year-over-year expansion in 2026. It has slightly lowered the target price from HK$18 to HK$17 while maintaining a “Buy” rating.
