Today, the National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on the “Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Green Transformation and Development of the Changzhutan Ecological Green Heart,” which states that the region will adhere to the principles of prioritizing ecology and establishing a green foundation, pursuing orderly development and enhancing quality through innovation, integrated coordination and regional integration, deepening reforms and institutional innovation, strictly adhering to the baseline control requirements of territorial spatial planning, and building an ecological security barrier in highly urbanized areas, a research and innovation base for developing new-quality productive forces tailored to local conditions, and a beautiful and happy garden that integrates urban and rural areas and is suitable for both living and tourism, thereby accelerating the green transformation and development of the Changzhutan Ecological Green Heart.
