OpenAI announced on Tuesday the appointment of Arvind KC as Chief Human Resources Officer. The former Roblox executive will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development as OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT, continues to expand. According to an OpenAI spokesperson, KC will report to Chief Strategy Officer Jason Kwon. The AI startup is currently in the midst of a new funding round expected to exceed $100 billion and has recently taken steps to advance its plans for an initial public offering.
