Svmuu News: In response to community concerns about the X platform unjustifiably banning a large number of real users, Nikita Bier, X's product lead and Solana advisor, posted a response stating that the issue was primarily caused by an error in the newly launched spam filtering system, and approximately 99% of the mistakenly banned accounts have been restored. Within about 12 hours, the new anti-spam filter incorrectly flagged a portion of normal accounts as spam, causing a small number of users to temporarily lose access to their accounts. As AI technology continues to advance, spam has become one of the biggest risks platforms face. The X platform is continuously increasing investment in and upgrading its anti-spam tools. While the system maintains high recognition accuracy in most cases, this vulnerability led to a small subset of users briefly losing access.
