Svmuu News: Mastercard has joined the Blockchain Security Standards Council (BSSC) as a Charter Member, and will work with institutions including Coinbase, Fireblocks, Anchorage Digital, BitGo, etc., to jointly develop security frameworks for blockchain networks and tokenized assets.
Mastercard will also participate in working groups related to security and privacy guidelines, and Claire Le Gal, Head of Security Solutions at Mastercard, will represent the company on the BSSC board. The BSSC stated that Mastercard's experience in the payment sector will help refine blockchain security rules. (BeInCrypto)
