Revolution Medicines’ lead drug, Daraxonrasib, achieved positive results in a Phase III clinical trial for patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer, doubling the median survival time to 13.2 months.The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted the drug Breakthrough Therapy and Orphan Drug designations, and the European Medicines Agency (EMA) also initiated an accelerated review process this month. The drug is projected to generate annual sales of up to $7 billion. In addition, institutions such as BlackRock, and Vanguard also hold significant stakes in Revolution Medicines.
