NFT founder Taj Tarsha charged with fraud, allegedly stole over $10 million from investors for DJ hobby and gambling
Prosecutors allege Taj Tarsha, founder of NFT startup Few and Far Limited, raised over $10 million by selling 95 million tokens to nearly 70 investors. He is accused of misusing these funds for personal expenses including gambling, speculative digital assets, a Miami condominium loan, and his DJ hobby, rather than developing the NFT marketplace as promised. Tarsha faces charges of securities fraud and wire fraud, each carrying a maximum prison sentence of 20 years.
