Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff calls Wall Street's fears that AI will "kill" Salesforce "dead wrong," despite CRM stock falling over 30% this year.
Benioff stated that Salesforce has rebuilt itself around the concept of the "agentic enterprise," where AI agents perform work and humans provide judgment. He noted that the company delivered 2.4 billion AI agent work units in fiscal year 2026, achieved $800 million in Agentforce Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), a 169% year-over-year increase, completed 29,000 transactions, and saw a nearly 50% quarter-over-quarter increase in Agentforce accounts in production.
