Golden Rapture Mining Agrees to Acquire Land South of Goliath Gold Project in Canada
Golden Rapture Mining has agreed to acquire four mineral claims located approximately 500 meters south of the open pit at the Goliath Gold Project, operated by NexGold Mining in Ontario, Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, Golden Rapture will pay CAD 600 in cash and issue 200,000 shares to the vendor in exchange for full ownership of the claims. The vendor will retain a 1.5% Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty. The transaction is subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval. The Goliath Gold Project boasts significant proven and probable gold and silver reserves.
