The report shows that 24% of AI job interviews are conducted late at night, but many job seekers resent this, with 38% having given up a position because of it.
According to data from approximately 500 companies on the recruitment platform Ribbon, 24% of automated job interviews are currently scheduled between 10 PM and 2 AM. However, negative sentiment towards AI interviews is widespread among job seekers: competitor Greenhouse found that 75% of US job seekers believe employers should be legally mandated to disclose the use of AI in the hiring process, and another 38% of respondents have chosen to abandon an application because the position required an AI interview.
