LG CNS partners with Naver Cloud to enter liquid cooling market, deploying a direct-to-chip liquid cooling system at Goyang Samsong Data Center.
LG CNS on Wednesday said it has officially entered the liquid cooling business by partnering with Naver Cloud to deploy a direct-to-chip liquid cooling system at the Samsong data center in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. LG CNS took over the operation of the data center in April this year and signed a co-location agreement with Naver Cloud. The 80-megawatt data center is owned by an asset management company, with LG CNS responsible for its operation, and Naver Cloud leasing part of the space, whose cooling infrastructure will support Naver Cloud's operations.
