Chesky stated at the Goldman Sachs Technology Conference that AI has helped Airbnb reduce customer support costs by approximately 16% and resolve nearly 45% of customer service issues without human intervention. Driven by AI, the company's adjusted EBITDA margin reached 35%, and management raised the full-year target for fiscal year 2026 to at least 35.5%. Airbnb's second-quarter revenue grew by 16.54% to $3.608 billion, net profit increased by 27.1% to $816 million, and free cash flow rose by 31.62%.
