GPU cloud service provider Nebius announced a comprehensive price increase for its GPU cloud services, effective October 1st, with an average increase of approximately 20%.
This marks Nebius' second price hike since May this year, covering multiple chip models including H100, H200, B200, and B300. The price per GPU hour for H100 increased from $3.85 to $4.50, a rise of approximately 16.9%; H200 went from $4.50 to $5.40, a 20% increase. The market interprets this as a strong signal of continued overheating demand for AI computing power and persistent supply tightness. This comes as NVIDIA released strong quarterly earnings on Wednesday, driving its stock up nearly 7% in after-hours trading, with Coreweave extending gains by nearly 4%, and the optical communications sector generally strengthening, with AAOI and Credo Technology up nearly 3%. Nebius management revealed that customers have already booked computing power for Q1 and Q2 2028, with demand visibility now exceeding 24 months.
