Grayscale: Bitcoin Price Unlikely To Be Bothered by Fed's Interest Rate Hike
Grayscale's crypto research team believes that despite the Federal Reserve's interest rate hike on Wednesday and potential further increases in 2026, bitcoin's price is unlikely to be significantly affected. The firm's head of research, Zach Pandl, stated in a Thursday note that the recent move was a "mid-cycle adjustment, not a cyclical change," drawing a comparison to 1997 when a one-off Fed hike did not prevent the Nasdaq from continuing to rise. Bitcoin recently traded near $76,581, up 18% over the past 30 days.
