Cardano's delegated governance voters rejected a 12.29 million ADA request from Pogun, an Input Output-backed credit and liquidity product, which sought development funding in exchange for a share of future business. Following this, Hoskinson stated in a September 18 broadcast that Input Output will prioritize technical and commercial fit for future ventures, rather than an automatic Cardano-first policy. While Pogun is still planned for Cardano, its unfunded status means it will not be exclusive to the network, and traffic may be routed to other chains.
