'Father of Lan Kwai Fong' Allan Zeman's Group launches first luxury residential project in Hong Kong
Allan Zeman's Lan Kwai Fong Group has launched its first luxury residential project in Hong Kong, named 181 Clearwater. Located in rural Sai Kung, the project, developed with Far East Consortium and Hien Lee Engineering, has received presale approval and is slated for completion in mid-2027. It comprises 26 private garden villas, ranging from 1,877 to 2,867 square feet, bringing a Thai resort-style concept to the city. Zeman is bullish on the Northern Metropolis and stated he would sell his Lan Kwai Fong assets if the price was right.
