Donald Trump, speaking to reporters at a Halloween party in Florida, said Iran wants to "make a deal" and that negotiations are "going well." However, he said he believes Iran is "not reliable," often backing out after reaching agreements. Trump also said the United States is not in a rush to push forward with Qatar-mediated talks, and once again threatened that the U.S. could soon strike Pickaxe Mountain, the site Washington claims houses an Iranian nuclear facility. When asked whether he would order a new round of strikes on Iran, he declined to say. He also reiterated that the United States has destroyed Iran's navy, air force, and manufacturing capabilities.
