In 2025, we increased the scale of our special investments in food for work, issuing central investments of over $35 billion throughout the year. In 2025, the National Development Reform Commission, together with the Ministry of Finance, significantly increased the level of investment devoted to food for work. A central investment of $35.5 billion was issued throughout the year, an increase of $24 billion over 2024, and over 7,000 projects were implemented, simultaneously guiding local efforts to promote cash-for-work in priority projects in other areas. Preliminary statistics have led to the employment of more than 4 million low-income people. (In Russian)
