The China Silver Group (00815.HK) announced that, immediately after the completion of a number of subscriptions, Everest Gold (018115.HK) was a non-capital subsidiary of the Bank. Following the completion of a number of subscriptions, the Chinese silver bank remains the holding shareholder of Everest gold, whose shareholding interest in Everest gold was spread from about 40.39 per cent to about 39.70 per cent, representing a decrease of about 0.69 per cent. After this spread, Everest Gold is no longer a subsidiary of the Chinese Silver Company and its financial performance and financial position are no longer consolidated in the consolidated financial statements of the Chinese Silver Bank.
