Affordable housing will be the first to achieve the standard of "good housing," commercial housing will better meet the needs of first-time buyers and those seeking to upgrade their homes, and the renovation of existing housing into “quality homes” will see marked progress. A comprehensive policy framework, standards system, technical framework, and industrial ecosystem will be established to effectively support the enhancement of housing quality.
