Construction and design firms are encouraged to consider the needs of diverse groups and develop housing products that are fully functional, well-laid-out, convenient to use, and comfortable to live in, thereby meeting diverse residential needs. Promote technologies such as the separation of the main structure from utility systems, adjustable partitions, and same-floor drainage to enhance housing durability and adaptability. Implement AI-based design methods and strengthen integrated, multidisciplinary collaborative design.
