China Securities Regulatory Commission: Reasonable Reduction in Subscription and Redemption Fees and Sales Service Fees for Publicly Offered Funds
The China Securities Regulatory Commission has revised and issued the "Regulations on the Management of Sales Fees for Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds." The regulations propose reasonably reducing subscription and purchase fees as well as sales service fee rates for publicly offered funds to effectively lower costs for investors. They also simplify the arrangements for redemption fees and clarify that all redemption fees shall be credited to the fund’s assets.
