In accordance with the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items," the "Measures for the Administration of Import and Export Licenses for Dual-Use Items and Technologies," and other relevant provisions, the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs have issued the "Catalogue for the Administration of Import and Export Licenses for Dual-Use Items and Technologies," which aims to provide import and export operators with reference product names and customs commodity codes for relevant items, thereby facilitating enterprises’ compliance with regulations.
