China Securities Regulatory Commission: For actively managed equity funds, the subscription fee charged shall not exceed 0.8% of the subscription amount.
The China Securities Regulatory Commission has revised and issued the "Regulations on the Management of Sales Fees for Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds." The Regulations stipulate that for actively managed equity funds, the subscription fee charged shall not exceed 0.8% of the subscription amount; for other types of hybrid funds, the subscription fee charged shall not exceed 0.5% of the subscription amount; for index funds and bond funds, the subscription fee charged shall not exceed 0.3% of the subscription amount; for other funds, the fee standards may be agreed upon with reference to the aforementioned rates.
