This year, the civil aviation sector will vigorously advance the construction of forward cargo terminals and pilot programs for transfer capacity, promoting the deep integration of air logistics into industrial and supply chains; improve the system of air cargo regulations and standards, and promote the standardization and streamlining of the “air + high-speed rail and road” intermodal transport model; and increase the supply of cargo slots at key hub airports, encouraging the allocation of more daytime slots for cargo flights.
