Gregory has a legal background and extensive experience in digital asset compliance and regulation, having served as the head of compliance at Gemini and CEX.io. Binance.US stated that his professional expertise in digital asset regulation and compliance will aid the company's development in the US market.
Gregory expressed that he is honored to lead the Binance.US team and usher in a new phase of development for the exchange, noting the strong influence of the Binance.US brand. This appointment comes approximately one year after Binance.US resumed USD deposit and withdrawal services. In 2023, the exchange suspended USD deposit and withdrawal services due to allegations of violating securities regulations.
