French insurer AXA partners with US tech firm Publicis Sapient to scale AI agent deployment
AXA has entered into a partnership with Publicis Sapient to support the next phase of its AI transformation, focusing on the continued buildout of its Global AI Hub. The hub is designed to scale AI agents across the group's operations, aiming to reduce time-to-market and costs for AXA entities by providing shared, global, and standardized foundations for AI capabilities. The first version of the vendor-agnostic hub was rolled out in July and is currently in use across five AXA entities, including those in Germany, France, Switzerland, the UK, and AXA XL, which are developing use cases such as motor claims automation and customer email processing.
